The Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) hears and makes decisions on questions that arise in the administration of the zoning ordinance, including the interpretation of the zoning maps. It hears and makes decisions on appeals from and reviews any order, requirement, decision, or determination made by an administrative official or body charged with enforcement of a zoning ordinance. It also decides variance and special land use requests. The ZBA meets on the third Wednesday of May and the third Wednesday of September at 7:00 p.m.
The Tuscola Township Zoning Board of Appeals meets the third Wednesday of May and the third Wednesday of September at 7:00 p.m. each calendar year.
